Amelia (world premiere staged reading)
Theatre Building Chicago
Tobi’s role – Amelia Earhardt
LinkedIn reccomendation:
“Tobi has performed in both readings of my musical theater projects at the Theatrer Building Chicago–a ‘Precieuse’ in “Roxane of Bergerac” and the lead in “Amelia.” She has a tremendous work ethnic and managed to learn some very difficult music in a short amount of time, and was in no small part responsible for the reading’s success.
She has a wonderful voice and acting talents and would be a fine addition to any similar project. Tobi also appreciates and pursues challenging music that stretches the boundaries. The music she sang for “Amelia”contained a multitude of styles, endless chromatic lines and numerous modulatory passages, all of which she tackled and conquered.”
